As with many solutions, we built our product based on the experiences we had running our own business. At first as a way to manage our client data and administrative needs, then later as our client list grew, as a way to manage all their sites.
We built the platform with one thing in mind one system.
One thing that always bugged us about doing business on the web was all the different software that it required.
We hated having to login to multiple systems, enter client data more than once or have to export a csv file and do a 'merge and purge' database task to run my business.
As much as possible (and we're always improving things) we have tried to include everything you need to run a business from the web in one, easy to use suite that doesn't required a programmers degree to operate.
